THE BEST SUPER-SEEDS - part 1
Seeds! I love them because they are tasty, healthy and can be used in many ways. I always have a mix of nuts and seeds in my handbag and munch on them when needed. I have chosen my top super seeds that I use so please continue reading to see why.
Unfortunately cooking any seeds will destroy some of the benefits so try to eat them raw more often. (Soaked, ground, whole or mashed) try to avoid Coated nuts (gluten) or sugared nuts as it doesn't do much good. Although I must admit roasted pumpkin seeds are delicious.
I use these in all my Asian stirfry dishes along with toppings for any salads, sushi or marinades. Can also used to make fantastic tahini. Top Benefits

I like to mush these seeds up after eating some along with the papaya and making a scrub or facemask (refer to previous blog post for recipe) Not the most delicious seed as the flavour is quite peppery. Add to your daily shakes, make into scrubs or dry and grind them in substitute for peppercorns for dressings etc.
