HOMEMADE CHAI TEA -Ayurvedic Medicine
Loving my chai tea but I like making fresh at home, it just tastes fresher and it has dense deeper flavours.....
What you need:
- Cinnamon sticks
- Star anise
- Black peppercorns (optional)
- Dried ginger
- Black tea leaves
- Cloves
- Dried cardamom
- Empty tea bags
Method:
Grind down all the ingredients into small pieces and place into a tea bag.
Keep tea bags in a zip lock or box for freshness.
