I'm sure you have all heard about HOW terrible and oppressing the egg industry is and also free - range means NOTHING! it's just marketing. please cut it out for your own HEALTH, the ANIMALS and the ENVIRONMENT. stop the demand and educate yourself. I have a wonderful list on my page of resources you can check out. There are so many other items which are food that you can use instead. I will list the benefits of chia seeds as I use them more often in my baking. 

So now I use the below concoction: which I find to be sufficient enough for an egg replacer in recipes (but don't go scrambling it)

What to do: 

  • Dried chia seeds (tablespoon) 
  • Add to blender and grind or use a pestle and mortar
  • Add the ground chia seeds to a 1/2 cup of drinking water
  • Wait 15 minutes (it will become gooey)
  • Use as you wish

Benefits of chia: 

  • Energy booster
  • Helps with sleep
  • Good for your heart
  • Anti-aging
  • Helps with digestion
  • Controls weight
  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Balances blood sugar
  • Helps with inflammation

You can also do the same thing with flax seeds! or use arrowroot, bananas, apple sauce, egg replacers, ready made Scrambles, agar agar, soy + pea protien.
