Vegan Cheese Sauce
Super healthy non-dairy cream sauce Uses:
- Salad dressing
- Any replacement for cream/cheese for savory foods
Ingredients: (depends on amount/use)
- Nutritonal yeast (base)
- Cashew OR pine nuts
- Diced raw garlic
- Nutmeg, Black Salt
- Add all ingredients in a blender
- Add qty of water depending on thick or thin sauce needed
- Blend until smooth
- Use right away or store in the fridge -up to 3 days!!
